Birthday.

 

May Inspiration

May is my favourite month of the year because there is always something happening every weekend throughout it.

 

Also, it is my Birthday Month! And this year, I am turning 21 in Alicante, on the beach or by the pool side with the majority of my favourite people in the world. It's safe to say that I am looking forward to next weekend!

 

This weekend, there is a festival in Murcia, SOS 4.8, which I will be attending with one, or more, of my friends.

 

The fourth weekend I'm taking a trip to my beloved Roehampton to see my lovely uni friends for the weekend of the Summer Ball! I worked it last year so it will be exciting to actually be able to attend it again this year! Plus, seeing all my friends will be amazing because I miss them huge amounts.

 

And, the weekend after that, my best friend is coming to visit me in Murcia!

 

On top of all these busy weekends, I have work in my school which I still love, plus I have a tonne of work to do for university too, on top of tutoring sessions and sorting my room out (which I've already started).

What's Going In My Bag

Tomorrow I go to V!!!

I am very excited despite having to get up at stupid o'clock so we can get a good camping spot! I went shopping again today with Kerry (my cousin who I'm going with) which was a good idea although we did spend quite a bit, especially in Claire's Accessories for lots of accessories: neon crayons, floral halos, animal eye masks etc.

I've sorted stuff that I need to pack which is a lot! And I've took some photographs of what I'm going to take & even styled my outfits. It's my first go at proper styling for blogging, as in laying the clothes out with the accessories to go with!

Also, it's Kerry's birthday on Saturday so you'll see some party stuff which I'm really excited to use in the middle of a muddy field!

So there is a few bits! I love the geek glasses with moustache thing going on! Definitely going to be wearing them a lot! As you can see, I've gone a bit crazy on accessories and jewellery and the like! I look my accessories. I probably won't wear half of it but lets hope!

I've styled the outfits for over the weekend. Yes, I know that it will probably be freezing cold but I have waited five months to get my festival shorts on! Bring on the cold! And the mud! So, day 1 is tomorrow which is just basically full of travelling so I want comfort but want to keep that festival feeling for when I get there. I'll be taking loads of pictures this weekend too! I haven't put accessories in the first picture but I probably will wear a few accessories. It just depends how alive I am at 6am tomorrow morning! Day 2 is Kerry's birthday! I bought this t-shirt and these shorts a couple of months ago, and I'll be accessorising it up! I'll also be taking my Primark mac for the cold/when it rains. Lots of accessories! Day 3 I'm going to go a bit more neon despite the floral cross! I have glowing bracelets and glow stick glasses (I didn't realise I'd bought them!) On the day of returning home, I'll be throwing on whatever really because when it's time to pack up and leave, all you wanna do is get home, to a nice, warm shower!

Excitement

These are my birthday dresses of Friday night. There is a story to why I am wearing two dresses on one night (no, I am not a diva): The first one (on the left), did not fit me right. I should have just sent it back and been done with it, but oh no, I decided to keep it and fit my big bum in it, whilst having boobs that are too small for the top half. The dilemma of a pear shape! Basically, the slit up the back ripped further, hence why I wore (number) number two!

It's safe to say that on my birthday, without going into details, I was very ill.

Despite being very 'ill' on Saturday, and having only one cocktail (Sex on the Beach), then drinking water, I have had a lovely birthday weekend! Party night Friday, sophisticated cocktails Saturday night, and tonight a beautiful meal paid for by gorgeous friends complete with a wine that I actually enjoy drinking! It's a miracle!

This week

Is quite a busy one for me! I've been in contact with two online magazines that I will be contributing for... I don't want to say who or which yet as one has not had their debut issue, and the other I need to write five articles for by Friday. It's safe to say that this week is a hectic one when it's concerning writing.

I've also had a fab opportunity to feature a website on Senorita Glamourista. Again, I'm not saying who until I have created the post! I'm still in the early stages of emails and links and whatnot.

I also have a friends birthday this week, and I'm surprising some special people this week! I can't wait!
