Friday Night Dinner: Enchiladas

I was told on Wednesday, on the way home, by my mum, that I was in charge of Friday Night Dinner's aka I have to cook a meal for my parents and I every Friday whilst I'm home. Challenge accepted.

This week, I cooked my all time favourite: Enchiladas with beef mince. This is mixes in well with one of my 10 Commandments aka the Summer Bucket List.

You need:

Enchilada Kit

Mince Beef

Cheese
75ml water
Frying Pan
Baking tray
